raymond davis is borderline retarded. he obviously has only a cursory understanding of the mechanics and psychological aspects of the game. His opinions and thoughts on floating range from totally unrelated to completely wrong.
This man either was gifted a large sum of money at some point and is determined to give it away to degenerates, or he's being staked by someone who is probably dumber than him.
